Münter House Murnau

The Gabrielle Münter and Johannes Eichner foundation was established and has become a valuable research center for Münter's art, as well as the art that was done by the Blaue Reiter group.

Since its restoration in the years 1998/99, and in accordance with the artist’s wishes, the entire Münter House was set up as a site commemorating her art and that of Kandinsky and opened to the public.
